เมื่อวันที่ 22 ก.ค.2554 ส.พญ.ทาริกา ประมูลสินทรพย์ ผอ.ส่วนการรับรองคุณภาพสินค้าปศุสัตว์
น.สพ.ประพันธ์ วินัยชาติศักดิ์ ได้ออกมาให้คำแนะนำผู้ประกอบการโรงฆ่าสัตว์ปีก หจก.ก้องภพการเกษตร
อ.เมืองร้อยเอ็ด จ.ร้อยเอ็ด โดยมีนายสัตวแพทย์ปัญญา แววดี หัวหน้ากลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพสินค้าปสุสัตว์
และเจ้าหน้าที่ร่วมออกให้คำแนะนำ
